Participating in a Crazybird ebike product test is an easy and fun experience. On this page you will learn more about the process of our product tests. In addition, the most important questions regarding registration, process and rating will be answered for you.

2. Selection of tester
If you meet the tester requirements, you may be selected as a tester. We will contact you by email, and after our second confirmation, the product will be shipped to the address you provided in your tester profile.
3. As soon as you have received the product, you can test it (usually*) for 14 days.

Become a crazybird product tester
Online product reviews are becoming increasingly important and have become one of the key reference factors for most consumers when making purchasing decisions. Based on consumer feedback, we can take measures to improve our products and may even decide to remove certain products from our product line.

In principle, anyone can apply for product testing. Suitable testers will be screened during the application process (through a questionnaire). The purpose of this screening is to ensure the reliability of test results and the usefulness of the reviews. For example, the Jumper e-bike High-Step version has a minimum seat height of 85 cm, so individuals under 160 cm in height may not be selected for this product test.

In the coming days, you will receive an email from us officially notifying you of the start of the testing phase. At that time, you may begin testing the product.

This email will contain important information about writing your review, such as which retailer pages you should post your review on, as well as further details about the testing process. After completing the test and submitting your product review, you may keep the product. This will have been clearly stated in the test instructions before you applied.
